At Quiet Chemistry, we are committed to providing a thoughtful, transparent, and professional matchmaking experience. We encourage all prospective members to review our services carefully before proceeding with registration.
Registration Fee
The registration fee covers services including profile onboarding, profile review, verification, compatibility assessment, and participation in the matchmaking process. Once profile onboarding or verification has commenced, the registration fee is generally non-refundable, as administrative work and resources have already been committed to your application.
Promotional Registration Fees
Any promotional registration fees, discounts, or limited-time offers are subject to their respective promotional terms and are generally non-refundable once onboarding has commenced.
Successful Introduction Fee
A successful introduction fee becomes payable only after a successful introduction has been achieved in accordance with our Terms of Service. Once a successful introduction has been confirmed and the applicable fee has been paid, the successful introduction fee is generally non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of any subsequent meetings, communication, or relationship between the introduced parties.
Declined Introductions
If either party declines a proposed introduction before mutual acceptance, no successful introduction fee will be charged.
Membership Withdrawal
Members may request to withdraw from the matchmaking service at any time by notifying us in writing. Where onboarding or profile verification has already commenced, any registration fees paid will generally not be refunded. Withdrawal from the service does not affect any fees that have already become payable under our Terms of Service.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests outside this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, taking into account the specific circumstances and any applicable Singapore laws.
Cancellation by Quiet Chemistry
If Quiet Chemistry declines an application before profile onboarding, verification, or compatibility assessment has commenced, any registration fee paid will be refunded in full. If onboarding has already commenced, any refund will be assessed based on the work already completed and applicable legal requirements.
