Can foreigners or Singaporeans living overseas join?
Yes.
We welcome both foreigners residing in Singapore and Singaporeans living overseas. However, depending on your preferred location and matching preferences, suitable introductions may take longer.
How do I get started?
Simply register through our website or contact us via WhatsApp.
If your profile appears suitable, we'll invite you for a consultation before beginning the onboarding process.

How does Quiet Chemistry match members?
We take the time to understand your background, lifestyle, values, interests and relationship goals before considering potential introductions.
Rather than relying solely on algorithms, every introduction is thoughtfully reviewed by our matchmaker to ensure meaningful compatibility.
How long does it take to receive an introduction?
Every individual has different preferences and expectations, so there is no fixed timeline.
Our priority is introducing compatible individuals rather than making introductions quickly. While some members may receive an introduction sooner, others may take longer depending on compatibility and availability.
Can I decline an introduction?
Yes.
If you feel an introduction isn't the right fit, you're under no obligation to proceed. We respect your decision and will continue considering you for future introductions during your active profile period.
What is a successful introduction?
A successful introduction occurs when Quiet Chemistry identifies a suitable potential match and both individuals mutually agree to be introduced.
The outcome of any subsequent dates or relationship is entirely up to the individuals involved.
Your Profile
How long will my profile remain active?
Once approved, your profile will remain active for up to 12 months.
During this period, we'll continue considering you for suitable introductions based on compatibility and availability.
Can I update my profile?
Yes.
If your circumstances, interests or relationship preferences change, simply let us know and we'll update your profile accordingly.
What happens if I decide to withdraw?
You may request to withdraw your profile from Quiet Chemistry at any time.
Please note that fees already paid are generally non-refundable. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Privacy & Verification
How are member profiles verified?
To help maintain a trusted community, we conduct an onboarding process that may include identity verification, profile review, consultation sessions and the collection of recent photographs.
Members are expected to provide complete and accurate information throughout the registration process.
Will my personal information remain confidential?
Yes.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is only used for the purpose of providing our matchmaking service.
Information marked as Private & Confidential is used solely for internal assessment and will not be shared with potential matches.
What information will be shared with a potential match?
Only selected profile information that helps both individuals make an informed decision will be shared.
Sensitive personal information, such as identification numbers, contact details, financial information and information you've provided in confidence, will never be shared without your consent. To safeguard the privacy of all members, selected profile information is shared solely for matchmaking purposes and will not be distributed in softcopy or hardcopy form.

Is the Registration Fee refundable?
The Registration Fee is generally non-refundable once the onboarding and profile review process has begun.

Do you guarantee a match or relationship?
No.
While we carefully consider compatibility and make thoughtful introductions, meaningful relationships ultimately depend on the individuals involved. As such, Quiet Chemistry does not guarantee a match, a relationship or marriage.
